First of all, take out the kernels from the neem seeds. Then, gently beat them to get rid of the shell. Finally, place them in a sieve so that they can be separated easily. Make sure that the seeds are not decayed.
Put neem seeds in a chopper and break them down. You can use a stone crusher for this purpose. To make the seed kernels powdered, you can use a small food grinder. During the grinding process, the seeds get gradually converted to semi-powdery form so that they could be separated from the husk.
Put the powdered seed mixture into a metal bowl. Add enough cold tap/distilled/boiling/or filtered (depending on which type of distilled you use) drinking/cooking/shower/bathtub/etc. hot tap/distilled/hot pot/simmering/boiling/etc. drinking/cooking/washing
Generally, a 1 gm neem kernel will give about 100 mL of oil. During the process, you can clearly observe 100 percent organic oil emerging. After filtering the oil, store it in an airtight container. Make sure that the ambient room temperatures do not go beyond 23° C. Before using, heat the oil to 55° C for five minutes.
To extract neem oil from neem seed kernels, you will first have to screen them using a special technique and then pour them into the machine bucket.
